C3 Licenses The Three Stooges® For National Multi Media Advertising Campaign In Argentina For Best Seller Quilmes Beer

C3 Entertainment, Inc. announced today a licensing agreement for the use of the classic Three Stooges in a new, national multi-media ad campaign for Quilmes Beer.

Ani Khachoian, C3’s Executive Vice President of Licensing & Consumer Products said “The Three Stooges have a wide following in Latin America, especially in Argentina. The added visibility for the brand with the new Three Stooges movie playing throughout the region earlier this year has added to the following and heightened awareness with consumers.”

Continuing she said “The Three Stooges have been used before in national ad campaigns in the region because of the brand’s popularity. Major advertisers have used The Three Stooges brand in advertising since the 1930’s as the brand is iconic and works well anywhere in the world and because their style of humor is understood in any language and in any culture.”

Quilmes Beer has 75% of the beer market in Argentina, sponsors the Argentine National Football team and exports throughout the region, to Europe and the United States.

The campaign begins October 15, 2012 and will run through April 14, 2013. C3 worked with the Fred Record S.L.A. agency to arrange the license.
