LOS ANGELES, CA – June 9, 2016 – Taking a classic of magic to new heights, on his next appearance on the hit TV series Masters of Illusion (June 10 at 8:00pm on The CW) Michael Grandinetti will attempt to levitate a randomly selected audience member in the center of the stage, under bright lights, and while the camera moves completely around the performance.  This is definitely a performance you won’t want to miss!

Recently named by Entertainment Weekly as “A great magician who can truly communicate with a TV audience” and “A fan favorite…with charisma and an easy rapport with an audience” by Hidden Remote, Michael stunned audiences in the show’s premiere when he performed a grand illusion in the center of the audience.  In case you missed it, here is a video of that appearance.

Michael recently returned from performing as the featured entertainment for “Magic Night” at Dr. Pepper Stadium in Dallas, a special performance for an international audience at San Francisco’s City Hall, and a filming for CNBC’s Make It series, profiling individuals who have achieved success in challenging industries, in which he levitated a lady in center of Hollywood’s famed Magic Castle.

Illusionist Tries To Top Previous Seasons With More Spectacular Magic When The Series, Filmed Live In Hollywood,  Premieres Across The Country May 20 At 8:00PM

LOS ANGELES, CA – May 11, 2016 – Michael Grandinetti hopes that, by the end of the summer, people around the country will be feeling one thing – true and utter amazement.  Recently named by Entertainment Weekly as “a great magician who can truly communicate with a TV audience”, Grandinetti has many surprises in store when he returns for the third season of “Masters of Illusion” on The CW, premiering nationally May 20 at 8pm.

One of the popular performers on the show, Michael has performed some of his favorite illusions on the series over the past two years, including levitating 10 feet above the stage, shrinking a girl to the size of a basketball, causing live goldfish to appear from his bare hands, and vanishing from high above the stage and reappearing in the center of the audience.  For the upcoming season, Michael undertook the challenge of developing and performing all new illusions with the goal of amazing audiences even further.  Some of the never before seen illusions that Michael unveiled for this year include:

Audience Member Levitation
The classic levitation illusion is pushed to its limits as Michael suspends an unrehearsed audience member in mid-air while isolated in the center of the stage and as the camera moves completely around the magic.

The Body Eraser
Michael visibly causes half of his body to disappear, while the other half continues to interact with the audience.  This one looks like a Hollywood special effect LIVE.

Sleight Of Hand Magic
Using a borrowed dollar bill and a borrowed purse from a member of the audience, Michael creates a surprising teleportation illusion that was the talk of the show.

Magic In The Center Of The Audience
Taking the magic away from the stage, Michael attempts to create one of magic’s most famous effects, right in the center of the audience.

Blue Box Teleportation
An audience member, while filming with his camera, takes an unexpected ride in this roller coaster of an illusion filled with surprises and the unexpected.
